I'm sure I'm jaded, but I think it turned out pretty cool.

Here's a pic. Too bad it was overcast today. Doesn't do it justice.

Those wheels do set that truck off.:tu:

Boy I am sure going to miss my painted 18's. I am waiting for my 20's to arive. I already have my tires. I already have my suspension lowered:D and my brake calipers and slapper bars are off rights now waiting to get sprayed white.:eek2:

J.D.,

So you're getting some 20" white ones? That will look incredible!

I forgot how high the stock trucks sit, til you posted that pic^^^. ;) Mine is only dropped ~2", but it sure helps the look, and with the upgraded '01+ shocks it handles very nicely. I haven't found any adverse traction issues after dropping it (about 22k miles ago), either.

I am also contemplating painting my brake calipers. I used POR-15 on the calipers on my Mustang and they turned out awesome.

I just rolled 31k miles on my truck, and with these new wheels on, I kind of feel like I got a new vehicle. :D

I don't think I said anything about painted 20's, but that would be awesome:eek:

20's! You know those suck energy from engine and braking. I have my calipers powder coated for durability. I painted the rears with VHT caliper paint and it cooked at OnTrack:D The HPC is also thicker and smoothes out the porus caliper finish. Here are some samples of calipers and pad braket.

The calipers look sweet, Terry! :)

Talk to me about TPIS headers for C5 Vettes. Can you get 'em, and if so what is your pricing for them?
