Well...manager I spoke to now tells me that they don't accept reservations unless they are a day in advance! He said 6pm should be OK and he should be able to put together a table, but would not take a reservation. First one there set up a table for 10-12.

Going forward I am prone to say the way this jackass acted on the phone leads me to believe we need to take our business elsewhere going forward. I'll keep it there until someone else feels this way too.

well the parking wasnt great due to all the valet cones BUT the waitress staff has been UPGRADED... Wow

The food wasnt as good though - beer was cold

Based on how they responded to me when I was on the phone to make the reservation I seriously don't want to give them any more business. I'm sure come winter they are going to be scraping for business, at which point in time I am likely to call in a reservation for 30 or so and make sure no one shows...bastards. I will be f@cked over by no restaurant :nono: . Bonedaddy's always embraced us when we said we were coming and these a$$holes just don't seem to be too interested any more. Considering how they treated me on the phone and how parking was last night, I say we drop that place like a psycho b!tch. If I get any other opinions I will start exploring possibilities...I have all ready heard BoneDaddy's...might have to revisit that...

As mentioned, the waitstaff has definitely been improved.;)

There was a radio thing there last night for the Mavs game, that may have played into the treatment.

Perhaps throw Bonedaddys into the mix as well moving forward.
