I just got a paintball gun, its a tippmann 98 custom, i dont much about all this stuff but seemed to be a good starter gun, so if anyone wants to play hit me up and lets get something set up, so far the only thing i am doing is shooting drunks that are leaving the club out of my sisters apartment window in downtown dallas around 2am in the morning:evil

I just spent the afternoon at a shooting range with a friend, shooting my '38sp and '25 colt; I also test-fired a Glock 27 .40SW and a Springfield XD-40, I like the XD MUCH better than the Glock.

When the guy at the range showed me the features--firing pin cocked indicator, and the round-chambered indicator--I was highly impressed. And I was much more accurate out of the box with it than the Glock 27 I tried--that thing beat on me like a hammer. :(

I'd like to try out either a Steyr S40 or M40, if I can find any. :(

I've paintballed before HARD, in hardwood creeks in S. OK. It was tough as all hell running up and down steep-creeks and ducking/dodging paintballs.

Getting popped hurts like a mofo. But, it was a blast!knana

It's better to go to a paintball field so when you run out of air you can just refill. The place I go is about 15 mins. south of I20 off of 35 (Madddogz). It's nice but I have played there alot and would like to go somewhere new. You guys let me know where you want to play and I'll be there.

After it's over no hard feelings. I paintball like I drag race, all out and head-up. So beware.:d

Yes. Look at spending around $20-$25 (depending on how much paint you use) for mask, gun, all day air, and someplaces give you 200-250 paintballs to start. A case (2000) of paintballs cost about $40-50, which will cover two "nOObs" all day.
