Fuse help

I noticed last night that the lights for the rear license plate are not working. At first I thought that it was just a bulb but then I realized that both lights are out. So now I'm thinking that it is probably a fuse. Anybody have an idea which fuse to check?

It is on the same fuse as the head lights located in the "Battery Junction Box", so if head lights are working, it is not the fuse. I'll PM a diagnostic flow chart for checking.

Well, both bulbs were burnt out so I replaced them and they are working. Hopefully there is not a short somewhere.
