I think wrap, based on the rad cover pictures. Looks like a custom air brush job to me. If it is, you would have to pay mucho $ for a paint job like that. Unless you have a friend that could do it for you.

+1 on the photoshop job. You can see the flame details in the upper and lower grilles.

looks like a mike lavallee flame job to me. There is no way that is a wrap.

When I was out there last, they were taking the stereo system out of the back because when you hit it on the highway, the rear would squat so much the tires would rub with all the extra weight.
