I have to agree with you on the availably of good games, but that's not why I bought it. I wanted an affordable blu-ray disc player with an hdmi connection. Anything else is a bonus! Michael is right, the Wii is fun as well!

Now on that, I can agree with you. I think a majority of the PS3s sold so far seem to be as Blu-Ray players.

I have the Wii too, and while fun, they need to come out with some more games that I want to play, and stat.

Forza Motorsport 2 - Picked this up at Fry's this past weekend. Already have the wife rolling her eyes at me because of the amount of time playing the game. Quickly realizing that i need the 360 wheel if Im going to take this serious, or play online....

i have heard that the newer wheels($150) are awsome, of course thats just user reviews, so doesnt mean much depending on what users are writing them, but was there anything in particular that you didnt like about it?

It adds an element of realism - BUT work through it in your head - you have to mount or attach the wheel to something and have room for the pedals and make it relatively close to car ergonomics and its just a lot of work for not that much better driving experience

Maybe my living room is not set up correct - Im sure it would be different if I had one of those $1000 chairs etc for the total experience - You can just drop the wheel on your lap and drive that way its just a bit unnatural

i was watching a preview of the game that was done from one of the designers it seems like and he had a set up with a 3 screen system, it was very nice, simulated looking thru the windshield and each side window, i think he even had a little screen set up for a rear view mirror, im sure it was a lot of coin invested buy pimp none the less:bows
