a good race and especially a good finish will prove if she's right about the car. i'm pulling for her.

Correct, she is an actor
Person who pretends to be an idealized version of themselves.
One deliberately ignoring the truth to make themselves look better than they are.

Can you believe the way qualifying turned out today. Two teams pulled their times to get deeper in the field and neither made the race. Wow

The most stunning twists came in the final 15 minutes.
Paul Tracy (http://sports.yahoo.com/nascar/sprint/drivers/1022/;_ylt=AvpciM4kp_jboS.taQ7qgtbAv7YF), who lost the Indy 500 title in the disputed finish of 2002, withdrew his speed and failed to requalify. Fisher’s teammate, Jay Howard, did the same thing and wound up with the same shocking result. The two withdrawals put Saavedra in the 33rd starting spot despite crashing late in practice and not being able to requalify.
“We’ve had a tough week,” Tracy said of his team, KV Racing Technology. “We had three cars into the wall, so I was happy we didn’t end up going on the trailer in a box with a bunch of pieces. It’s how Indianapolis is, you know. Some of the greatest drivers have not made it.”

I did watch bump day on VS.. poor Sarah Fisher the owner was in tears.. and she was not the one that made the call to pull the times either... how weird..

Well, Danica drove a decent race today. She started in 23rd position and finished 5th. This will help her but if she could win a few races, that would really help her out since nothing cures ones ills like winning.

I know that some of you :evil will be at the mall this week to get her autograph before the race this week..
