Talon chat has been broke since we moved servers

WildNeg notoced that it wasnt working and has proposed we fix it and perhaps offer other chat options

I didnt know it was broke. I fixed the php chat we were using.
I moved it to the talonclub server here

And I propose that we make sure that the membership is going to use the function before we spend time / effort offering other solutions
