My son backed into a mailbox yesterday that left some pretty ugly bumper damage on my 2002 Accord.

He's 17 and I'd like to keep this off my insurance and I haven't had any kind of body repair work done in forever. And I'm not from around here originally so could I get some kind of idea of what and where my options are?

The bumper is actually broken kinda. It's sort of dented but made of some kind of plastic or eurathene combo I guess. Do I have to replace the whole bumper or are there less expensive options. The bumper doesn't look out of position.

Basicly if the bumper cover (plastic part) is fine and just need some paint. YOu can just get it repainted. If its cracked, etc. You might as well get a new one. Or go the OEM relpica which wont fit as perfect as OEM but will work. I replaced my front bumper on my Civic Si before i sold it to get the L.
