New L in the Neighboorhood?

I live in Arlington right off of Woodside on Three Oaks Drive. There's been a white L with chrome wheels, factory tonneau cover and a drop zone decal on the windshield parked up the street for a couple of days.

I've only seen the truck and it's there again this morning. When I see the driver I plan on stopping.
