I've seen this sort of racing a few times on ESPN/Speed(Channel/Vision/etc.) and evidently this is the winner's victory burnout in a Kenworth T400.
Basically, 2200hp @ 3000rpm - 2800hp nitrous oxide boost with 5600 ft/lb of TQ. This is accomplished with 2 diesel engines, 2 S/Cs and 4 turbos with NOS.
Listen to the sound of all those S/Cs and turbos going WOT! :bows
