So now there's a group of terrorists in Iraq with a million dollars to buy weapons, bribe citizens and peddle influence. BTW, they also now have a good financial incentive to kidnap Italians. Brilliant. We should expel all the Europeans from that country, and we should have gotten the borders under control by now.
