I finally found it!!! These are the wheels I want. I've been looking at these since Rob had them but I've also wanted to do the polished lip with the DSG spokes but never even thought of doing that to these wheels. Wes, these would look soo badass on your truck since it's already lowered and you have the taillights. What do ya'll think?

(pictures removed just wait bwahahaha)

I've seen that truck. He lives in Mansfield. The centers of those wheels are black. They look pretty nice rolling. It's a pretty clean little truck, at least it was the last time I saw it.(been a few months)

If you get those wheels you're going to need some bling bling rotors to really set it off.:tu: There's a lot of space between those spokes and the stock rotors just aren't working for me.

As far as I know, Brembo's will not clear those wheels. However, since they are custom built, maybe they can alter the offset to work?

Adam,
IF you are thinking of doing your rotors and Brembo's are out,get Terry to hook up the EBC's. I think you seen them on my truck the past 1 and 1/2 years.

Those look excellent, and with a decentl lowering job (no more than 2"f/2"r) will set it right.

I like the look of those wheels on the DSG, but I am with Steve on the rotors. You need bling rotors to set it off right.

Those are the same Coddington wheels I had on my '69 Vette, except mine were polished. I saw this truck on F150online before I bought my HRE's. Yes, I think it looks really good with the DSG centers like that. :)

They aren't _that_ expensive, either.

Another vote here on the wheels and a need for bling rotors.

Adam,

That gun-metal five-spoke setup is gonna' look sharp, but I'll have to agree with the others.

You're taking more "meat" off the rims, so you need more wheel-well visual-effect with the dimpled EBCs or modifed Brembos to fit with that combo.

You might also start thinking about brake caliper color schemes, too. I've thought about the gun-metal/DSG Frankenstein wheel route for my rig.

Looking fwd. to seeing the new setup soon.

This post was originally made a year ago. Look at the date on the first post. Nothing to look forward to as far as changes with my truck at this time. :o

Hey ADAM,
What's up man? I realize this post is old but when I saw you a couple days ago I knew it had to be you. I was leaving WalMart to get off on Cooper when you jetted by. My mom was here visiting and she was with me. I could only catch you @ at the light. But anyway the 'ol L is looking & sounding good. Found any 20's or 22's yet you like other than the HRE's?
