Anyone with a stock 04, where is your boost needle on the gauge located @ idle, and when engine is off in reference to where it says VACUM?

when motor is off its at the 0 mark, right before boost. idle i think the stock gauge is pegged all the way down. Im not sure, i havent looked at my stock boost gauge since i got the truck.
