How fast are people goin on the lakewoods or truk tracs? I dont want to have to worry about bottoming out the rancho style brackets. How are they for daily driving?

Doug, how well did they work for you?

On my 2000 they worked great. They are easy to install and they do the job for a lightly modded truck. No drilling the frame no lift needed for the install.

At that time I was only running a 4# pulley and making about 410 HP. I dont doubt that the Rancho bars are considered to be better but for 4x the $$ they should be.

I have no plans to install any bars on my 2004.

If you are interested in the ones I had just drop me a note - Ill clean them up and take another picture.

I run Lakewoods as well. They've been good for me.

So, are the Lakewoods and the Truc Traks virtually the same? Does any one use the Metcos? How much are they and where is a good place to get them?

I now have the Metco lowers.

The TTs work great on stock springs(Doug is selling mine now).
