Suggestions for Ride to the Airport??

Guys, I just wondered if any of you have a suggestion for a lift to the airport. I checked SuperShuttle and they don't come up to McKinney, and I really don't want to pay a taxi $80+ when I could possibly get a limo or something for that price. I need to be at the airport on my departure date at about 4:30-5:00am, so the wife taking me is out of the question. Any thoughts?
