Ses Light

Stacy called me this morning and said that her SES light had just come on. When she got home I did the dashboard diagnostics test and found DTC 5284. I believe that this is an oil pressure switch failure. I need to take the truck in for warranty work anyhow, but any ideas on what they will do for this code?

Truck is stock except for K&N and mufflers.

My oil pressure switch failed a few months back... but when it did the gauge went to zero and the low-pressure light came on. If that's what the code is for, then they'll just run a test on the switch. It should be that simple. If its bad, you'll get a new one. :)
