Just Kidding

I decided to go with the 04 navigator pump on mine because I heard the same thing about the flow. I've been running this one for two years and never a problem, but after learning about the flows probably being less, I figure better safe than sorry and decided to upgrade.

That's the reason I didn't want to ask a whole lot for it.
