I'm looking to get my L dynoed maybe next month or February when it's really cold.

I may get one this weekend just to get a comparison - I've been meaning to get dynoed. If so, I'll scan/post.

Was just curious how our 5.4L 3v S/C kit stacked up against a 5.4 2v Lightning motor... Pretty good apparently.

Went to the dyno today and at 9lbs of boost with the "OEM" tune, equivilant to a Ford stock PCM tune, Peak HP was 359.4 and Peak Tq was 412.2.

Mine made 337 RWHP and 405 RWTQ stock right down to the air filter. 359 RWHP sounds pretty good, but I'd think there may be a bit more on the table, due to the fact the 3-valve heads are considerably more efficient than the 2-valvers found on the L's.

I have on '04 F-150 FX4 extended-cab, and it really struggles to get out of its own way, if caught in the wrong gear. The damn thing weighs upwards of 6000lbs, and being a 4x4 doesn't do much for acceleration either. I'd imagine that blower adds some much needed OOOMPH!

Those new HD's are really sweet!:bows

There absolutely is quite a bit more there. The tune for the kit is just as conservative as a stock Lightning tune.

It definately cures the whole getting out of it's own way thing. Pretty funny to watch the faces, no one expects either the S/C whine or it to get up and move like it does... I make it a personal mission to blow past as many stock 04+ F150's as I can in a day... :)

The 4x4 truck made 376rwhp and 427rwtq a month ago, but it's actually broken in and loosened up a bit... This Harley truck has less than 1.8k miles on it and is tighter than this chick I knew back in... Hmmm.. That's another story...

I don't have mine posted, but when Doug, Dennis, and I went to Wells Racing in June?? of 2000 I was bone stock and made 334 RWHP. As I recall it was hotter than sh*t that day.
