Congratulations to the winners and thanks for supporting TALON. Also just like to say that even in less than ideal circumstances, it was really a lot of fun to hang out and race with the club. Hopefully, I will be able to get this set up at a better venue next year (Curtis has offered help getting hooked up with Thunder Valley in Noble, OK). :tu:

Almost forgot to give a big "thank you" to this lovely lady for collecting all the money and keeping up with everything. I'm not exactly sure what she was doing in this picture, but that's really not my problem. :evil

Also wanted to let everyone know that Doug Boss received the 1st Annual TALON Member of the Year award as voted by me. :D Next year's award will be given out at the TALON Fall Classic V (hopefully at Thunder Valley / Noble, OK) and will be a member vote based on contributions to the club for the 2006 year. Thanks Doug for all your support and work on the forum. Maybe he will post a pic of the award for everyone to see.

And lastly, thanks to Terry for his continued support of the club. He donated $150 out of his pocket for TFC prize money and that was totally unsolicited. We are fortunate to have a guy that is so dedicated to our club and on top of that, is so talented and meticulous when it comes to working on our trucks. :tu: :tu:
