I am at my parents house in Hurst right now and will be moving to some apts off 121 and 183. If anyone wants to lend a hand that would be greatly appreicated. You can PM me or call my cell if interested in the fun and excitment! 817-966-4570 O ya almost forgot free beer will be provided for those that want to help, there will be plenty. -Kyle-

It's always seemed odd to me that everybody has other plans on the weekend that you move. It doesn't seem to matter what weekend you choose either.

My in-laws are coming in for the weekend. I'm newly married, so I better not take any chances:lol:. If you still need help the following weekend, I'll be more than happy to give you a hand.

I've never had that problem with all our cross-country moves, oddly enough. Friends/family always pitched-in.

Mike,

Don't you and Kyle think you're moving a bit fast in your young and tender relationship?

First dinner and roses, then exchanging rings ?!?:rll::rll:knana

For the record, traffic impeded my hasty ingress to Ennis on that afternoon with tliss/andy_cain observing and spreading disinformation.:) "The Dude" had to abide and hammer-down - despite conflicting allegations..:D

And, for your information, Uncle Rocks, Sweetie's had Suzie up to 100+ solo on a fly-by, and I've had her up to 120+, recently.:burnout:

Now, wasn't this thread originally about recruiting moving-help?:D:evil

Yet with all that highspeed illegal driving on the street, thats not safe. YOu still cant take the truck down the track... How sad.

TO keep this on topic----Speed your arse over to his house and let him use your truck. It will be the fastest move if you drive all the trucks. No one on the street would stand a chance

This was all done in S. Central OK/IL/MO. Open road for many miles - this wasn't stop-light racing!

This maybe a foreign concept for some, but, there are many people that live miles from their neighbors. It's a big-world out there, people.

I'll refrain from going down the "How sad" retort path.

Damn all of you freakin :postwhore s! This thread has gone way off topic!!

Let's get back to it....who's going to pitch in and help Kyle move this weekend?

I could help, but I really don't want to (nothing against you Kyle, that would just be a freakin haul for me, plus I am well aware of the suckiness of moving and don't envy you in the least) :evil

It occurs to me that a thread requesting assistance moving furniture is destined to die a slow painful death if the only respondents where the ones wanting to help with the move.

By :postwhore ing on this thread, we are actually doing the originator a favor in keeping the thread at the top for maximum readership....:D .

Im still confused to how moving went to that but o well. I give up yall take over the thread just call the cell if for sure can help Sat. Im going to try and get some stuff moved tomorrow if I get off early around 2 so I may get it all over by night fall. I just did not want to make 5 trips (Bed, couch and love seat, et center, tv's, dresser, boxes, comp table, to name the big stuff.)

Exactly, Uncle Hyena-Humper!:D You're insightful remarks have been very "moving".:d

The two of us provide a very valuable service to TALON that, for the most part, goes unrecognized. I say we take our creative talents to f-150online/nloc and raise 7-kinds of hell.:rll:

We'll be good-cop/bad-cop, as your the TALON quickest, and I'm well......:evil

I don't wish moving or pinched-nerves and a gimp-arm on my worst enemy.:hammer:

Good luck, Kyle.:tu:
