I dunno, but you can get hid kits for that price.. Those are just some aftermarket black headlight housings, not designed for hid. Im just going to get a hid kit and use the factory headlights.

ya, i found out that these 8k's arent even that "h-i-d-ish". just look like blue bulbs. im just gonna go get a kit for my headlights and foglights tomorrow from good ole drop zone:D

i thought me and you had this conversation already. maybe it wasnt you. they have changed everything in that shop. its actually one of the better shops around now. just take a look at some of the work put out in the last 6 months.

IT was me... just because they put out good LOOKING work dosent mean anything.. Dropzone is high on the list of shops because they were the only ones. Theres other shops now with the true old school builders of the scene and they are growing FAST

Im just going to keep my mouth shut tho... I may have a lightning but I know alot about the history of dropzone and why it got a bad name. I hang out with alot of dfw air ride guys , ive known them for so long, and some even worked at dropzone.. Ill just say i hope it turns around for the better and im going to leave it at that.:beer:

I dont think that you would dislike the 8000K. I have the 12000K and there is no doubt that they are HIDs. I am pretty sure that 6000 and 8000 are the most common. It seems like a good deal to me as long as they last for a while.
