For the new TALON Dads at Christmas

Elaine tells me that it's illegal to carry a newborn in the L. in a car-seat, regardless of whether it's rear-or-forward facing, b/c it's a two-door truck. Is this true?:confused:

Ours is going to be here in 5-and-a-half months!:eek2: Can't wait!

She is wrong, Ronald. You can have it in the seat, but you must disable the passenger side air bag.

Doesn't matter. That's why I bought the wife a BMW. Damn thing is a tank. I'm not so sure I'm gonna drive the kid around in the truck. I don't even let the dogs in the truck.

She may be trying to tell you that your not putting the baby in the Lightning....:nono: .

I was always paranoid about putting mine in the front seat when they where little. Right or wrong, I just felt better putting as much space between the front of the impact zone and the car seat as possible.

My friends and I, sadly, are responsible for the Easter Bunny on the wall. We were riding on Sunday and my friend hit a rabbit, I was close behind and hit it too, my back tire caught it and flung in the air and it knocked the guy behind me off his bike! We were going about 50 across the open desert. It was pretty funny. No injuries.
