Its getting closer

Its getting closer and looking better for me to start working at TXDOT. Mom said they are trying to get me on before xmas. But I doubt that will happen. I just called to follow up but he is in a meeting. Hopefully ill find out this week if i atleast get to go piss in a cup.

Man it will be harder work but better pay and im tired of albertsons crap. That and i work to fast. Sunday night there was me and 2 new kids I trained them and did alot of work. I waited till 6am till other employees got there so the store wouldnt be empty and left.

what will you be doing for txdot?

U name it ill probly be doing it.. Mainly ill be doing sign work, repairing, putting them up etc, fixing gaurdrails. IF it ices id be one that drives the sand truck or follows it...

After i get in im going to try and get into the sign shop where id be making signs and maybe go install them from time to time.

It is.. also i wont have to deal with traffic. Be out the door before 630 or so and get off around 430.. That and ill earn "hours" off because ill be carpooling with my mom lol.... FULL benifits, they are going to pay for my CDL license...


FYI the hours off they dont call it days off, you have so many hours of personal time,sick time, and bonus hours like car pooling you get so much for it and save it up for days off etc...
