with a firm/fair hand with a proper measure of familial guidance and all that is good for children - including pre-school, encyclopedias, computers and various outdoor activities - not excluding the shooting / hunting sports. :D
I've been going through some old photos and they've been making me reflect on where I've been, where I am and where I'm (well we) are going.
Guess who this little feller below is, TALON! :) I suppose my proclivities towards firearms can be explained in the first photo.
That brand-new blue '71/'72 F-100 in the 2nd photo took Mom/Dad and I (as I was still in my tadpole-stage while Mom was carry me inside) to Yellow Stone N.P. and to the Canadian border. Dad didn't agree with Canada's firearm regulations and what would pass through customs.
While at Yellow Stone, Mom stumbled on one of those wooden walk-ways going out over all those bubbling/steaming lakes of water.
They high-tailed it back to OK. for fear of my well-being with the 360 CID/auto. with an overhead camper in the bed.
Have a good evening tliss, 02BOLT, QDRHRSE and any other TALON Fathers. It's a helluva' experience.:)

So... you're saying the 360CID/auto was threatening your well-being in Yellow Stone[sic]??:nono:

Well, Elaine and I went in for the sonogram where we find out if we're having a baby boy or girl.:)
It's official, we're having a BOY - it was obvious, too.:evil :D knana I could easily see a strong beating heart, legs, arms, head, etc. All readings and measurements for both Elaine and Baby are tip-top, too.
We could also see he was restless in there. We would could get a good look at him one minute, and then Baby would move around and out of view. About 4-5am this morning, Baby kicked Elaine's sciatic (sp?) nerve running down her spine. She says it's like a big electric shock down both legs! She bolted out of bed in pain several times lately due to this.:o
Wow, I'm excited!:) Tom/tliss, you're right behind me, Dad. Better take good notes.:tu:
