I installed the nv series autometer gauges which i think look pretty cool, i will post some pics tonight., I installed the boost 30vac/30boost and trans temp. Whats it mean when its idleing or cruising and its pulling vac, can you tell anything by it? Whats does everyones usually pull when idleing or crusing?

Cool, post some pics. Your supposed to pull vac at idle, all motors do that ,thats normal. Make sure it sits somewhere in the Zero box when the truck is off. My gauge was off, showing 1lb boost w/ the truck off. I think somewhere around -10 and -12 is normal idle. Just curious is it mechanical or electric.

its mechanical, it sits at zero when off, but mine shows like 20 in the vac side when idleing

That's normal. At idle, with the tranny in gear and foot on brake, my L showed 18 lbs of vacuum.

the long tubes help reduce stress on the block by lowering boost levels, I've got a 6# lower and 2.8 upper and only hit 13-14, 15 if its cold outside
