Is there an easy way to get a character count? I have a query in Access in which the criteria has exceeded the 1,024 character limitation and need to know where to break it off.

Found it- copy and past into Word. Then go to TOOLS>WORD COUNT and it will give the breakdown of pages, words, characters no spaces, characters with spaces, paragraphs, and lines

There is a fix for this. It is in the registry if it is what I think it is. If you are around tomorrow/today now...I can help you with it.
