I have three of these in stock for folks who want them. They are a new product from TA to compete with the JDM cover which is 450 I think. These are only 250, I will offer install and synthetic fluid for $350. I will install one this week and check for clearance with Hotchkis bars.

what does it give you besides a good look?

It holds a little more fluid to run cooler, it also braces the main caps to keep the rear end together under heavy loads. You can then change the fluid without taking the rear cover off and making a super mess.

I'll take one

If I didn't just get the rear end done and get the fluid changed I might go for one of these.

No biggie, I just had a customer request one last week and decided to order 3 of them to make the shipping worth it. I couldn't find a wholesaler that carried them so I paid MSRP for them. They are a new product as of this year I believe. Previously it was JDM only for double the money of course.

BTW this thing works fine with the Hotchkis anit sway bar. I'll take a picture later and post it.

The sway bar doesn't look like it has any flex room... Is this a problem?

What is the length of your drop links on the rear sway bar?
It seems to sit differently than mine.

I need to put more time on one myself. They definately lock up pretty tight. They seem to be quiet and slip enough in tight turns etc. They are a heavy all metal unit for sure.

I've only drove my truck twice since it has been installed and I haven't noticed it yet. I hope the only time I notice it is at the track when I am doing 2 wheel burnouts and hooking up on the line.

No Larry, that one is for a live-axle Mustang 8.8" differential. The ones for the Lightning are different.

I'm not sure that's the best way to resolve the issue, but I've seen it done before.

 This is how it was when I picked it up. I guess the rattle of the exhaust bothered Terry. :D
