Have a few issues to work out and need to get it to Terry for some exhaust work and fuel pumps. I need to buy some DR's at discount and the upper radiator hose leaks so I am going to put the stock one back on.:hammer:

The issue is that you have decreased the effective surface area for cooling by over 50% by smoothing the surface.

You need to take the shiny parts off immediately and get them sandblasted to fix this issue.

Jeff, what's up Bling King!!!?
I been laying low. I've had a string of deaths in my family the past year and just been popping up every now and then. I got the Stang back last weekend, got to put miles on it to break it in, then put on a tuner and the 60# injectors back in. It would not idle with the 60#ers and no tune had to put 42's back in. Its in my driveway but its going in the garage and the Vette is coming out. By the way thanks for the offer to keep my title, but you really deserve it now. I look @ my trophies and plaques and remember the days of old and what once was. My truck is old & stale with nothing new since I originally won the title @ Lfest '03. My wish list is spinning around in my 1 brain cell tho. You my man ,is top shelf now....I pass my title with pride....:bows :bows :tu:

Most people just say, "hey bro, it looks good". You have to give the guy some kind of credit. Jeeze. I don't really think that he was concerned with the cooling when he decided to do this. I dont think that there is a issue here. Looks great Jeff.:tu:

:0fftopic You gotta love the Foghorn Leghorn... we were so lucky to have cartoons like these growing up instead of the dreck they have on tv today.. best part is that most of the stuff we watched was NOT politically correct..

Really nice looking, Jeff. :tu: So what are the labor rates for polishing these days?Dennis, it all depends on the part and how long you can leave it with them. The longer they can have it the cheaper it is. Something about working on it a little at a time during some down time.:tu:

Jeff.
