Caster Camber Plates

Hey Terry,
I'm thinking of purchasing an 03 Mustang GT that appears to be all stock except it has a pair of 3 way adjustable Caster Camber plates installed.
The installation looks kind of crude (in my opinion) w/ some exposed bolt holes, etc.
In my Mustang experience, most of the one's I had, I seemed to remember them using the original holes.
Is this something you could fix w/ a quality set of plates or does this seem like it could a big problem?

Those things are a PITA to install, I cannot asstimate the setup over the web. Send me a pic or stop by and I can make a better decision.
