overheating

had a overheating prob., it started about 3 weeks ago, well i started with the over fill cap, it over heated again, i just r&r the t/stat no luck, what do you think?

Electric fan? Otherwise, possible causes are head gasket, water pump shaft failure, fan clutch not engaging with A/C heat load etc..

I had overheating issues as well and Terry hunted down the culprit and found it to be burnt out relays on my electric fan. It runs cool now and no problems with running the AC or pulling the boat.
