I am going to drive one of the Nascars at TMS

This weekend.. Was wondering if anyone had $350 to burn to join me...

They only seem to have Chevy Bodies but driving this might be fun ....

It seems like a lot of fun Doug. My dad was out there with Ford Motor Credit the same day OnTrack was running at TMS. He said it was awesome, but being a big man there wasn't much room in there. :)

Of course, all they do is badmouth Ford's during the instructional session. I'd join you but I'll probably be out of town.

That would be cool as hell, but the wife would kick my arse! I just *****ed at her for buying ANOTHER pair of black shoes for $50 and if I go blow $350 for this I'll be cut off for a while!

Take some hot laps and put that POS Chevy into the wall at a low speed for us!! Gotta put some damage on the POS without doing any damage to you....

You'll really enjoy that. If it's anything like the cars, (I'm guessing they're pretty close) it's a friggin' blast!

I wish I could head out and take pics for ya! I'll be busy painting (Yes, still :D ) If they offer the in truck vcr tape option, I'd get it. Cool as hell to watch the view from inside the car over and over :tu: Especially when the instructor pulls me into pit lane for going too fast :burnout: :banana:

All in all, it was quite an experience. The only real suggestion I'd have is to go for the 2nd level if you can. I felt like by the time I was feeling really comfy in the car and getting faster, better, the 10 laps were over with.
