I plan to eliminate or relocate the squirters If I decide to keep the cowl.

That looks good, where did you get the hood at?

I bought the hood used (As is) for 235.00 It needs a little rework in order to fit perfect.

That's correct Stromshadow, it's a Harwood.

It would be pretty trick to hide them in the wiper cowl... Or get the gm squirters that attach to the wiper arms them selfs like some GM cars/trucks have... I put them on my civic years ago when i shaved the holes and emblems... mite work with our trucks....

Yeah, I'd like to try to find a way to mount them under the cowl.

I let the Harwood go cheap. It looked good from far, but far from good if you know what I mean.
You're better off going with a Cervinis hood.
