Terry,
I've been experiencing difficulty starting the truck under hot conditions after being left off over 5-10 minutes. Cold starts are fine as are hot starts if the engine is only off less than 5 minutes.

I have noticed the Fuel pressure on start looks like 34-35 psi when the vehicle starts well, but only 32 psi when I'm having difficulty.

Hot starts are usually an idle air issue. Most cam engines like a little blip of the throttle to fire up. You can open the throttle body a half turn in or out on the set screw to find a happy spot. If you open it too far it will race for a longer period of time before settling down. You can also try cleaning the TB bore and clean/replace the IAC motor.

Thanks,
Changed the plugs and opened the throttle half a round. Seems better.
