I dont have that on my GTO,i believe its a switch that interrupts the ignition momentarily and then some igniters fire the un-burnt fuel in the tail pipes.Looks pretty cool,bet a lightning would look bad ass.

We saw a couple of GTO's on the way to Indy and the wife really liked em.. are they still on the lots these days? Also, didnt you get a special package on yours?

Yep,they are still around 06 is the last year.Mine has the sport and performance package.They are available with the 5.7L motor and the 6.0 LS2..Sport pckg. is the ground effects with a taller rear spoiler.Perform. pckg. is the corsa exhaust system.They ride really nice.)05 and 06 is the only year with the 6.0L motor i believe.Here's a video with the corsa exhaust LS2 motor.This car has resonators removed and different tips. http://gto.zftp.com/Corsa_Exhaust.wmv It does not have the sport pckg. which makes em much more appealing.
