How convenient that he "died" right before sentencing. I think he faked it and he's in South America someplace. This just unerlines it a little more...once cremated all that's left is ashes, so there's no easy way to tell if it was really Ken Lay or not (you know they will spread the ashes somewhere). After the heat dies down his wife will join him down there.

That's what it looks like to me, Watson.....

I say of course. Guy still has cash...now his wife can cash in his life insurance and they can live extra comfortably somewhere under the radar. He had to be desperate....it was either this or die in prison...

About two weeks ago he sold remaining stocks that were in his wifes/family's names and set up annuities (sp) so that his wife will now get appox $90,000.00 per month.
