Trying to be proactive and reserve a table today...all I get is a voice mail that hangs up on me :flaming: . My avatar holds true for me. I'll keep trying and see what happens...looks like we have around 12...I was going to set up a reservation for 15 +/- a couple. If I can't get the reservation in, first one there set up the table...

Anyone that was there last night have any opinions to share? Was it worth giving them a second chance? Gotta tell you trying to set reservations that last two times was a giant hassle for me, but if you guys still think it is worthy we'll keep it.

It's kind of weird.

Personally, I can't stand the place. I think it's loud and the service is slow. I was talking to Dennis, and he thinks it's way better than Humberdinks because they (Humperdinks) always screw up the orders, and he's right, they do.

I can't stand the parking either. Also, they don't have frozen margaritas. :mad:

As much as I don't care for it, there are others who do. It sounds like it's inconvenient to make the reservations and if that's an issue, I'm not sure we even need to bother reserving it in advance unless we get a really strong showing of lots of people attending. It's not like the place is really crowded at the times when we show up.

My recommendation would be to let it go to the end of the year and then re-vote (or vote against!) the places. There's what... two more meetings at Firewater this year? We can limp through that unless you get more feedback from people who just absolutely hate the place.

Loud-hard to hold a conversation with those across the table
Parking sucks- 40 spots resevered for VIP yet all were empty when we came out- had to park in a unpaved parking lot (dusty)
Scenery- good

I would rather drive another 15 minutes east and north to Bonedaddy's

Well in reality, I was ony paying for my diet coke which she left off my bill and added your beer. Although it was an expensive diet coke. :tongue:
