good luck making it fit. you may be able to get it in there, but doubtful if it will have enough air space.

I disagree, if he is going to run one 12, then you can make a big enough box to have enough airspace, two 12's is doubtful, unless you cut the back wall out of the truck

Yeah, its just gonne be one 12", and I should be able to make it fit back there with enough airspace, but itll be a tight fit for sure.

Im not sure the airspace that his specific sub requires, but by looking at the size of it, its a lot. Either way, that will be a fun project.

2.2 cu. ft. is what im shooting for..itll be a very tight squeeze, but ill make it work somehow...by the way, here a pic of the amp that just came today...Soundstream PCA2000d

Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but the amp is powering both the sub and the speakers, so I'm going to keep the amp, but I've got a buyer for the sub already.

Well, truck should be done sometime this afternoon, we did manage to get a 2.2 cu. ft. box back there, but we did have to do a cut through. better news, tho is that I went ahead and had space made on the other side for another idmax....the port is in the middle, and amp is mounted near there. I will post pics when I get the truck back, but from what I hear so far, this sub is going to hammer.

The red circle is where the box ends in the bed.

Well you can definately fit it in there, it's just a matter of getting right box air space so it'll sound right. I don't know about kickers, but if I remember right, they dont need alot of air space to pound, but FYi man, I had two L7s in my old RSX, and sure they're loud, but they sound like ass, and they arent going to sound any better in a smaller box like what youll prolly end up putting in your L.
