Where is a good place in the Lewisville/Dallas area to get this done?

Star Tire on Harry Hines in Dallas, at least thats where everybody on there told me so it might be a good place

Ditto what Roy said- you will be better off painting them and then putting a protective clear coat than powdercoating IMO

Powdercoating is probably a little overkill, afterall the factory finish is just paint.

+2 on the Star Tire and Painting vs powdercoating. They did mine and they still look good.
