I got stopped this morning by DPS and at the time was not hauling ass which is strange.

So I wondered why the flashing lights? Seems I have had my cherry popped with respect to the front license plate.

Very cool DPS officer handed out warning and was really interested in the L:D

My question is this. I hear rumor that this law is about to be history does anyone have any insight?

They bat the idea around seems like every legislative session, but it never seems to pass.

The recent legislative session resulted in no change. Soonest a change could be made would be in the 80th Legislative Session (2008). So we are looking at September 2008 as the nearest possible date.

I got pulled over for it 2 weeks ago, but I honestly dont think it will ever change with all the money they are spending on the cameras at lights....
