Be glad you don't have to go to the Dallas courts, they love me and the wife, we always get picked.
Last one was MCI versus Worldcom, two full weeks, and then they decide it is better if one buys the other one instead of a finishing the trial.

mine was civil, husband is nutcase, hot wife that makes 200k asks for divorce, so he starts smearing them, but since he has restraining order he has all her cousins who are his employees sending letters to FBI and homeland security. he claimed he is FBI confidential informant, claimed he made 30k a year but owned 3 houses and kept her in bling. what a crack pot, worst part was he defended himself....

We tried .. we denied him his countersuit and nailed him with 20k in damages .. The paintiffs attys requested $100 so they could get the court to award permanent restraining order. We decided that $20,000 was more appropriate.:evil. Idea was to try to keep him from using the courts as his stage in the future. He is SOO nutty I went ahead and cleaned my 12ga and will be keepig it close since he had our addresses at one point

PS - didnt mean to edit your post - Firefox got click happy
