I just now figured out there is a CR stitched into the nice purple baggy:hammer: . Forever I have just always assumed it was a large cursive gold R for Royal. I just happened to look up from my computer and saw the C there for the first time I can remember... I am not the Crown loyalist I thought I was, I will hang my head in shame for a period of time:o .

I found the confusion.. The regular CR says Crown Royal on the baggie. Mike Bishop (saint Bishop) bought my first bottle of CR Reserve and those bags have a large cursive R on them and that was the confusion. IT appears there is a CR on the baggie where I only saw the R thinking Reserve.
Brian: I didn't think you were a Crown kind of guy, beer and rita's is all I have seen. I would suggest Reserve though;)

I have a bottle of XR... $130-150 depending where ya shop... A bit cheaper on ebay... I've yet to actually crack a bottle open though...

We actually got Crown for free in college. One of my roommates dad used to get cases of it from business associates(a distributor). He didn't like it so he would drop off cases regularly at our row home apartment.

I never took much of a liking to it.
