View Full Version : Got a new stock for one of my rifles

I bought a new stock for my .223 and finished it. I decided to not stain it and finish it as is.... the pictures look kind of yellow. The stock actually looks almost silver and black. I will take some better outdoor pics this weekend when I sight it in at the range.

I've never been a fan of the thumb-hole stocks aesthetically, but I like the color-contrast you have going-on with the stock config. :tu:

I believe that's a Remington short-throw action, correct?
