This was from Sean Hyland's site but I have heard 700hp rating from other builders as well. Of course our lower RPM may raise the capacity or the rod. If going over 700hp though I would look at Oliver billet rods. I think they will handle a thousand plus. It seems that a formula of a dollar a hp capacity is about right. Olivers are 1200 bucks, Manleys are 6-700.

Yeah, I think the key is this :

700 hp @ 8000 rpm

I'd guess it's wayyy higher for 3000-3500 RPM

I put manleys in my motor... but ive also heard that the handle up to a 1000 hp... Dunno, but they have been tested by many already and tested to hold up. Everyone has there own idea but they are all pretty close.

Order them with the 7/16" ARP SP2000 bolts and the HP rating will go much higher, the bolt is much of the problrm and the bolt mentioned is standard in both Manley and Oliver I-beam billets.
