So I take it none of you guys camped out in front of Best Buy to get your hands on one? I passed by and saw all of those tools in front of Best Buy last night...looked like the same group of guys you would see dressed as Spock at the Star Trek convention to me...:rll:

It was mayhem and bedlam at the stores last night. One guy shot and robbed in CT. Several trampled and beat elsewhere...

Yeah, I checked that and I knew that would be that way. I kinda considered doing it as I passed by on the highway at 11:30pm last night. Pick one up, drop it on e-bay and make a nice profit. Then I realized I have a life...

I heard from a somewhat reputable source that Fry's will get 20 per store and they are only going to sell them bundled with 8 (I think) games. The cost will be just over $1000.00. There's a guy camped out in front of the Plano one who says he already has a buyer for 3k.

Walmart supposedly is getting 4 per store.

3000 stores, so 12000 of 400000 units in the US. 3% share I find that hard to believe, but maybe SONY hates Walmart as much as another company I know.

There are people getting held up, shot and mugged over these things all over the US. Check the news. It's crazy.

The part about Fry's is most likely true. I'm not sure about Walmart, but when you think about how many Walmart stores there are, that's a lot of PS3s.
