I am rebuilding a late 04 JDM long block. I went ahead and upgraded the valve springs to the new shizzles. While I was at the machine shop I dynod the springs and took a pic of the results. The two interlaced lines are stock and Crower springs. The spring rates are the same except for the Crower handling a little more lift. You can see the stock spring binds where the line goes up. The shizzles are a lot stronger from the bottom to the top. This should make some nice high rpm HP improvements.

New spring is on the left.
