New 160 deg thermostat. I ran it for about 300 miles. It came in my Whipple kit. I replaced it with a 180.

What happened?

Changing that t'stat brings back the fond memory of the taste of antifreeze.

On some trucks the 160 t-stat will throw a P0125 code every few miles. My truck is one of those.

In 02 and later trucks you have to lower the warm up temp in the program and it fixes the code.

:tu:, Yeah, I'm not running an e-fan, so I went with a 180.
