Internet providers (non-dialup) in southern OK?

My sister lives in rural (Hennepin) Oklahoma. Currently she has a crappy dial up internet provider that barely works. Any of you guys know of some wireless solutions in the Davis area maybe?

Dish Network and Direct TV offer service.....it's usually available most anywhere their sat Tv is .
