The SHOT Show is for the trade only and is not open to the general public.

The Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show and Conference (SHOT Show) is the largest and most comprehensive trade show for all professionals involved with the shooting sports and hunting industries. It is the world's premier exposition of combined firearms, ammunition, archery, cutlery, outdoor apparel, optics, camping and related products and services. The SHOT Show attracts buyers from all 50 states and more than 75 countries. The SHOT Show is owned and sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (http://www.nssf.org/) and is produced and managed by Reed Exhibitions (http://www.reedexpo.com/).....

No good trade shows are open to the public just like SEMA. Fortuneatley I have friends in about every trade so admission is not an issue.

I wonder if NRA Life-Members can gain admission. This was one of my most treasured Christmas presents from my parents.:santa

Sounds like fun, but I think I will be heading over to Detroit for the North American International Auto Show again this year. knana

Last SHOT show I went to was Houston in '93. Would love to go again, but Orlanda is too far, and unfortunately I can't justify having the City send me. It was well worth the drive to houston, and if they ever bring it back to New orleans i'd do that too, but the past few years they've just bounced back and forth between Orlando and Las Vegas.

Dana,

Check out the one in Cleveland, too. It's right by CLE/Hopkins.

Good time and tons to check out - closer to Erie, too.

Ronald
