Wish I had the time to do this to my S-10 truck. This is a cool conversion done right, and is a big-time sleeper (except for the plates).

i bet that thing will move if it gets traction, there was one out at ennis one night that had an LS2 in it running 10.60's:eek2: , perfect sleeper

Yep. I should just sell my '91 beater and buy this one. Pull the motor, drop in a 427 and hold on.

I dont think that the buy it now price is a bad deal either.. it would be fun, you are right..

Definitely not a bad deal. I'm not sure how the guy did it without frame modifications. I'd like to see pics of it. But the truck is worth what he's asking, given that it doesn't appear to be a hack job. 50k miles... that's not _low_ mileage for an '00, but that's not high either. From what I gather he bought a 4-banger stripper (see no carpet on floors, manual windows/door locks) and immediately swapped in the LS1. Pretty cool.

That's awesome, just hate the interior of the S-10's, it's so 1980's.
